Simic Eldrazi

Simic Eldrazi is a go-big ramp deck built around the powerful Eldrazi threats from Modern Horizons 3. Using cheap ramp spells like Utopia Sprawl, Ugin’s Labyrinth, and Sowing Mycospawn, the deck aims to power out massive 7+ mana threats far ahead of the curve. Cards like Ugin, Eye of the Storms, and Devourer of Destiny allow the deck to quickly stabilize the battlefield while presenting overwhelming threats that can take over the game on their own.

The deck also has access to some of the most flexible interaction in the format in Kozilek’s Command. Its flexibility makes it one of the deck’s key cards: it can ramp, look for important pieces, exile creatures, or disrupt graveyard-based strategies depending on the match-up and game state. Another powerful tool is Ugin’s Binding, which can function as a one-sided board wipe for only three mana when combined with an evoked Nulldrifter.
